FETE date - Saturday 12th November

Raffle Tickets:  Anyone with outstanding raffle tickets (sold or unsold) MUST return  them to Beris Hannam this week or bring them back on Fete day.

Coffee Plungers:  If anyone has a Coffee Plunger to lend for the Morning Teas, please contact Lyndell Smith.  Please make sure you name is on them so they can be returned to their rightful owners after the Fete.

Mystery Bottles:  Very few donations have come in to date.  Please consider buying an extra bottle of ‘something’ when you go shopping (to the value of $2).  Suggestions - sauces, salad dressing, nail polish, soft drink, shampoo, hand cream.  Please contact Lucy Staring if you can help.

Outdoor furniture and umbrellas: If you have any outdoor furniture which you can lend for the day, please contact Bruce Radford (Broadford) or Lorraine Cunningham (Kilmore) for pick up prior to the Fete.

Polo Shirts:  The orders that were placed last week have been received.  If anyone hasn’t paid yet, please contact Caroline Burge.  We have three spare for those who forgot to place their order.  These are all ‘large’.  Please see Caroline if you wish to purchase one of these prior to the Fete.

Stall holders:  There are still many vacancies on the forms at the back of the churches.  Please check the list and see where you can help.

Morning tea donations:  We are still in need of more slices to serve with morning tea.  If you can assist, please contact Lyndell.

Gazebos: So far no response!  If you have a portable gazebo you are happy to lend to the Fete for the day, please contact Bruce Radford to pick up.

Face painting:  No response to any ‘artists’ in our midst.  If you are creative and can face paint, please contact Caroline.  Paints will be provided if we have an artist!

Books:  If you have books to donate but cannot get them to us, please contact Bob Humm for pick up.

Setting up:  We will be setting up for the Fete on Friday from 2pm and Saturday from 7.00am.  More hands make light work, so please come along and offer your assistance.  Can all Stall Holders please be responsible for pricing and setting up your own stalls.
