What a privilege it was to host Tri, Linda, Daniel and Majid as they walked through our parish on a pilgrimage from Brunswick to Canberra to deliver a present to parliament - a replica boat of the one Tri and his family arrived in Australia as refugees in the 1980's.
What a fantastic evening in March when Marney McQueen entertained a packed Gavan Hall at a parish fundraising dinner. With her many characters and talent she had everyone in laughter. Thank you Marney for a great night.
